      ... for the USA Robyn had made it clear to me that we wouldn't rush and that we needed to stay calm (we=me). Remember that saying, "what's yours is ours and what's mine is mine" Robyn lives by that saying, so when she said "We do not need to rush, she meant me and when she said stay calm she meant me" and neither of those are applicable for her.       Monday.. Today was a quiet day... We spent a little while parcelling up some wine to be sent out and didn't do much else! Tuesday.. Mike and I got to borrow Jackie's Porsche and went off to the shops... We ended in Palo Alto and the moved on to an English bar to watch a little soccer.. Arsenal lost...       ... whole of San Francisco which was amazing. We hired a tandem bike and struggled our way around the bike track for an hour as well. Public menaces number one and two, holding up traffic while riding that beast on the road when we ran out of track.       ... and a cruise from Prague to Hamburg. On January 3, 2012, I'll be on another Oceania wine cruise with the same roommate. We're trying to plan a family cruise on Princess for one week in Alaska for August, but I'm not sure it'll work out. Many of my older brother's kids works for the state, and they're laying off workers.

      ... a calmness settles in me. The crowns of the glorious trees tower above. The duff covered path is soft beneath my feet. Large clovers that taste like granny smith apples provide an emerald carpet around the trees. Some of the trees display the scars of past fires reminding me of their strength and perseverance.
