LA airport. After the 11 hour flight from London. It was a huge double Decker airbus. Not just the one with the little upstairs in the front end , but a double deck front to back with 3 walkways. The first flight so far that had proper seat back entertainment so I was able to stay awake the while time watching movies the whole way.

Thank goodness we get away when we do! The subway is packed to the gills due to it being a weekday in peak time and we are crammed on, lucky to get in at all with our cases. At every station more people push on (not kidding about this as the doors are closed and opened, closed and opened several times at each station so people can get their coats/ bags, etc out of the doors which have closed on them). Luckily ...
... but with it being an automatic it means I don't have to change gear with the wrong hand so that's one less thing to worry about. And I'm sure I'll stop reaching out for the gear stick with my left hand and just getting the door at some point soon... Maybe.
