Nice surprise with such a low price. Modern room with no carpet, new furniture and new beds.

Today we got a late start because we had to drive to our starting point from Omaha in the morning. We said goodbye to family and took off. Today was the first day that we had to take a very windy path to be able to go the direction we wanted to go without getting on the interstate. Everywhere we rode had been flooded a few years ago. Had a late lunch at Sweetie Pies in St Louis. Excellent soul food! The fried chicken was amazing - and that's saying something from someone who isn't a big fan of fried chicken.
