      It had rained all night but not significantly but it still meant sorting the tent out and bagging everything up was messy and a pain, having our oatmeal and water wasn't as fun in the drizzle either.       ... we were sure would end with something like "and they were never heard from again". It turned out to be a great stop as it had much of the same ingredients as all of the previous canyons only it was not a federal park so we were able to go climbing down to the canyon floor and do some investigating.
