... the tour director Kristin. Turns out her and I have quite a lot in common. Following disappointing Deadwood Kristin randomly took us to her home in Spearfish so she could swap bags. The whole tour, all 40+ of us, traipsed through her home and her sister served up home made cookies and coffee. They also had the cutest dog Scamper that I just patted the whole time. Some where after Red Lodge we miss a turning not perturbed Tom goes of road so he does not have to turn back.

... West. LOVE that place....a mecca in the middle of no where!

There were lots of Corvette tourists in Wall. Bought some beaded jewelry made by the local Sioux Indians.

Didn't realize South Dakota was so wide of a state. Thank goodness for Sirius XM radio to pass the time. Saw a few antelope along the Interstate, but not much scenery in the plains.

One more day and then Missoula...

As we leave today im thinking next year coming back to the Rodeo its only about 1700 miles give or take 1000 lol.

... wheel drive trail. It is between Sheridan and cody. We tried to get to the other side of the mountain but ran into too much snow at around 8500 feet. We had to turn around and come back the same way. The good news is that we saw two Moose on the way back down. We ended up back in town for a late lunch. We leave tomorrow for Yellowstone National Park
