... but still warm like you'd want it to be.
The sunset was another postcard type, as Lynn mentioned, and is part of why we keep coming back here. The night was quiet, interspersed by the howling of the many coyotes here. We've seen a lot of rabbits, with their "mule deer" ears, too, so I guess the natural balance may have been achieved in terms of "hunting/gathering." No real reptiles have shown yet except for the small lizards that are so common.
... in this extreme heat to do nothing- except trip over a fan cord and hit my wrist- the sore one, and it had just gotten to feeling better! Finally off to bed.
Sept 6th - Friday- I do need to start packing-Tuesday will be here too soon!-Another hot day! And wind later in the day, along with the daily weather alert that we may have storms. Talked

Afterwards, we all went out for some Putt-Putt. Noah was really good with his own lefty putter and even had a couple of hole-in-ones. He also played a few games with his dad and hit a ticket jackpot for a bunch of tickets.

Finally free from homework, deadlines, and most of life's obligations, now its probably the best chance I'll ever get to travel the world. With an 8 month gap between undergraduate and graduate (hopefully!) school I have time to go pretty much anywhere. Greg, who just graduated from U of A, is on a similar schedule and we're teaming up to make a complete circumnavigation around the globe. We don't want to simply do an "around the world" plane ticket either... to easy, and too ...
... It was a birthday for one of the small children and Connie had brought a cake, plates, forks, napkins – the works and someone else had brought hats for the kids. Our guide was good and enjoyed the tour. This also goes into the Charles River-(amphibious from WWII). And I drove this one also (I had driven the Super Duck a couple years ago and it goes out into the harbor). It was a fun day.
