    ... smaller buildings we walked around for a bit then caught the bus back down to the visitor centre and got back on the road. Next stop Pismo Beach. We got there and hoped to find a reasonably priced hotel. No luck so made our way to Santa Maria and found a Motel 6 after pricing a few others.     ... 28 miles, Tuesday was a 27 mile ride and today another 27 miles.
    I decided to upgrade my bike a little with new pedals, clip on type, and a new pair of riding shoes. I figured I would need them with all the riding I have been doing.

    ... needed double and triple A batteries as well as a new 32g micro SD card for the 'helmet cam'. We had intended to drop by Applebees to grab a bite to eat BUT never could find a parking space so we had to settle for the upscale Taco Bell. Fitting for this EXCITING day.

    To add even more excitement to the day we went back to the coach and watched Satellite TV until the wee hours of the morning. A little Jack Single Barrel and slept like a baby.

    ... We visited while making our way through the streets and decided to go see a movie. We all decided that Taken 2 was the movie to see.
