We spent all day checking out the San Diego Zoo. Thankfully we listened to other folks and went a little later in the afternoon, and stayed until close at 9. The temperature hit 95 today, which is the hottest we have seen and felt since coming to California. ... Kelsey had a Chocolate Tart with a Cocoa Nibs bottom crust, and drizzled with a thick chocolate sauce. It was wonderful, but very rich. I had Napolle stuffed with lemon mousse and drizzled with blueberries and a blueberry reduction. All were wonderful, but we decided my Napolles were the best of the three desserts.
