      ... go grocery shopping once we arrive at our destination. So off we went. Driving north on 281 we ran into the usual traffic, but it seemed we were making good time. About Bulverde, I heard Bob say "****" and "we have no brakes" the "low brake fluid light" came on and by the time we could slow down enough to pull off, we could smell the brakes.       We arrived at "Travellers World RV PARK" around 4ish. We set up, changed and headed into town. The bus stop was right on the door step of the park so for $1.20 each we rode into town and did't have to worry about parking. We did a bit of exploring then headed down to the river walk. What a beautiful area!!! The landscaping is awesome!!! We had a nice leisurely dinner at an Italian restaurant on the river walk. Afterwards we did some more strolling ...

We watched a documentary about the history, looked around, then went into the San Fernando Cathedral, a very beautiful church, and bought a candle which we lit for Jean (friend in Mara) and Vicki (auntie to Paul). It was a beautiful church. I was feeling a cold coming on and we didn't like the freezing windy weather, so we caught a bus home.
