    ... on Facebook this idea and had yet to name her... I received many suggestions but in the end decided upon Amelia. There is actually a story behind this name but to keep this story short, this was the name I had picked out for my first born daughter. Since I obviously have no children my plant will receive the honors of this name :-)

We stopped for our picnic by the historical Pittock Mansion, with such great City views, we just lied up there in the sun for a bit (probably the only time on the trip so far).     -leaving Oregon for home today
    -said goodbye to my brother at 11am and left for home
    -it was fun but its going to be great to get home
    -stopped twice for gas along the way and some food at In-n-Out

    ... so the wind-driven rain was cold, the tides and high waves were impassable, and there was no place for them to go because the banks of the river rise up so steeply from the shore. After all they had gone through, to be so close and to be so miserable, must have taken amazing mental fortitude!     ... is big and has airplanes much like the other 700 airports I’ve been to in my life. The difference with this one to others though is it had a tornado shelter in it.

    The flight was delayed as someone had flushed wedding rings down the toilet. The amused pilot didn’t explain if the plural was due to two people flushing their wedding rings down the toilet or if one person had two rings and had flushed them. Either way we sat on the runway for about half ...
