      Will It Ever Stop...The Rain That Is!

      ... t dare enter any of the shops. I have previously noticed that the locals (nor in Seattle) bothered carrying umbrellas. Something to do with the rain not being heavy enough, so why bother! I figured I didn't need one either...but then again I was walking...and today the locals DID carry umbrellas due to the HUGE rains...LOL! Lesson learnt....

      Yes, we are in Portland tonight! ... for two nights in a brand new five story Residence Inn. It's built more like a traditional hotel rather than the sprawled out two to three story hotel.
