    ... of the trip and all internal flights have been cattle class. Jetstar and Virgin far outweigh American and US Airways in all departments. Anyway grouch is over for now. Arrived in San Fran took $50 cab ride airport to Sheraton Hotel just a block from Fishermans Wharf. This is an old hotel, is only 4 stories high so no views to see.
