Walking around the corner, we then stopped by Nintendo World for a bit of nostalgia with Pokemon cards, Mario and friends, and Donkey Kong. We then walked through Times Square and watched many workers set up stages and practice the ball drop in preparation for New Years tomorrow. Continuing down Broadway, we then arrived at the ...

... it was interesting to see somewhere that was equal parts public space, public service and public museum. There we guided tours happening as students used big work spaces and others requested books. Books, of which in this most interesting of libraries the most we saw were in the gift shop, as all books are stored underground in a huge vault, catalogued and brought up when requested. ... R' Us - it was really fun and if you do it next year I would come back!

Mykayla - I loved the trip to New York City. One thing I liked was going on the scavenger hunt and learning new things. I also loved hanging out with the Trip Advisor because she adds more into the programs. She does this by acting goofy like we do but she is also very responsible for everyone that goes on the trip. She makes the trips more enjoyable - I hope there are more trips like this one!
