... ve been uncomfortably hot. Good reason for anchoring out rather than tying up somewhere! The deer flies were vicious so swims to cool down were quick and mostly underwater! There's quite a lot to organize for the trip home tomorrow, so we've been making many trips to the car. ... and coke were worth it. Today is sunny and 27c, a lovely day.

Tomorrow is the last day of our road trip. We head off to Niagara Falls and then back to Toronto. Should be a good night. The PanAm games start in Toronto tomorrow and there's a heap of activities on all night. We've booked a different hotel, within walking distance of everything.

    Having a great time,

Went through the legroom request discussion with this China Eastern agent - no problem she was going to get us some. Wow - thanks? Not so fast - got on the plane and guess what - she lied - we were in regular seats and they are very tight. I could not get my legs into the seat without being splayed so went looking for bulkhead seats. I found one only beside a ...

I'm now sat in a van with four other travellers on the way to my next destination in Owen Sound. This is the first time in three weeks I have had time to add to this blog as its been a busy few weeks in Winchester and Hastings. So after Montebello we left to go to Ottawa to get picked up by Laura who was taking us to her home in Winchester. It was slightly odd in the way we had to travel because to get to Ottawa we had to go by ...
