    Another blisteringly hot day. We were up early and headed back to Universal Studios to visit the non-Harry attractions this time. The park was due to open at 9 but when we arrived, worryingly we were not on the top level of the car park and when we got to the ticket barrier, it was already open.     Not realising there were two separate parks that make up universal, we opted for the islands of adventure because we tossed a coin. Hired out a wheel chair and i wrapped up my ankle to make it look like its sprained. Our first ride was the Incredible Hulk where our plan backfired and we waited in line with everyone else for 45 minutes pushing the wheelchair up the ramp.     ... food was delicious, there was lots of seafood and salads to choose from. There was hummus and pita chips, tabouleh and other middle eastern options. They even had pretty good sushi rolls. The star of the buffet was dessert though. There were little cheesecakes, mini keylime pies, tiny fruit tarts and itty bitty carrot cakes.
