This was just a 2 night stopover in Omaha. We spent the day buying Christmas presents for Julie, her family, and her extended family who we would be spending our first White Christmas with. After travelling for 6 months without being able to but anything a little retail therapy was quite fun. Hours were spent finding just the right gifts for each person. Attended the Northwest Rotary luncheon today at the Champions Club and met a lot of business people.

A snowstorm was moving in, so we changed an in-studio interview at KOIL in midtown Omaha to a phone interview. Although it's always better to be face-to-face in a radio interview, the roads were such that we might have saved two hours by avoiding the long drive there.
