      My choice for the nights meal, a half slab of delicious ribs. I made a decision to eat these at home which turned out to be wise, the sauce was great but very sloppy.

      ... meals and slept in warm bunk houses. Some of us spent our full day at the bottom hiking the local creeks and canyons while others kicked back, reading and napping. No TV-no problem.       ... rapid. We became quite cocky as others got soaked whilst we remained dry. And then came the water cannon. $2 well spent for the person who hit us square in the face I'm sure! And after that it went further down hill. But, when its 24 degrees outside you can dry off pretty quickly!       We wondered around the park for a little until the next show. Taking in the sights of dolphins, bat wing manta's and seals being fed. The Dolphin Show started... this time the trainers dressed in costumes and were part of the show putting on swimming and diving displays with the dolphins and aerial displays with the birds. This was fantastic and we have up-loaded a short video of some of the show.

      ... had never gone on a cruise, so we decided to pick up a short 4-day cruise on the Carnival Inspiration out of Long Beach. This boat does a tour to Catalina Island and Ensenata, Mexico. Older and smaller than new boats, the Carnival Inspiration has updated its facilities to attract families.
