      ... had a light evening meal. Walked a block with conjested streets so took the underground fast train back to our B&B.

      A couple of thins we notice:
      Handicapped people are well catered for on transport such as trams, Drivers stop, put out access ramps (no rush) and make sure people move aside to make room.

      A warm and stuffy night over with, we awoke to a beautiful sunrise over half dome and into our valley. Breakfast was a bit naff and we were all keen to push on to San Francisco.       ... now all resided in a flat complex in Oakland. The other residents in Caitlin's flat complex were literally the nicest people. So friendly and welcoming, providing good steak and wine, scotch and just great conversation. I really got into the swing of things; hanging out and everyone just doing their own thing.       So, we left L.A. feeling a bit refreshed but the sun burn had definitely affected our energy levels. We were still in the desert so the sun here is just so hot! Driving into Yosemite, we entered an extremely green forest full of huge trees and I instantly felt like exploring! Yosemite has a really good vibe, as parks go.
