Got up this morning and left nice and early to travel the 15mins to where we were going to take the bike tour to Sausilto over the Golden Gate Bridge. We had booked parking luckily around the corner using a scoop on voucher Jess had discovered so it only cost us $2:00 each vehicle for the whole day so thought that was a pretty good deal. Eugenie (and her hat) Beyoncé, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, Hillary and Bill Clinton, Oprah Winfrey, Nancy Pelosi, Michael Jackson, Adele, Barbra Streisand, Lady Gaga, Elvis and the San Francisco Giants. Finished off with some outstanding singing , dancing Christmas trees. The costumes were great but the hair-OMG- there is big hair and then there is Beach Blanket Babylon big hair!

... to meet up with Seb and eat my leftover fried rice for lunch. We then had to check in to our new hostel (if you remember from many blog posts ago, accommodation had been hard to find in San Fran) so we lugged our bags all the way through Chinatown and up
one of San Fran’s notoriously random hills to the Amsterdam hostel. Not a bad place, not as big as the Green Tortoise but pretty nice dorms and a sweet common area ...

After our late night last night and busy day today we all agreed to call it quits and we headed back to the van for the trip back to camp. Phew!! No sooner had we got back though and they all ran off to movie night around the pool which gave me chance to clean the van and prepare for our trip to Lake Tahoe ...
... area I stayed in, plus the crazies, made me want to just go hang out in the airport, so that's how I ended up sitting at the airport for hours. The story of today doesn't end there though. I adore traveling to see the places of course, but another great thing is the lovely people you get to meet.
