My UTAH Trip - The long Drive....
Utah is an amazing land of various mountains, Buttes , mesas, Plateaus & tables.Very colorful, predominantly Reds and Oranges with interesting formations. We just drove all the while, but if it has to be explored completely take nice hikes and its amazing that you take back home some very great memories.Although there are so many interesting places to explore in Utah, we took just ...
A big change in temp
... boiling day and so I was as usual travelling with only a T-shirt on but as like many folk on this planet I just never learn!! Just like a few days ago there was loads of large hornets flying around and for sure one was going to get me. Not bad for a nearly three tons of coach towing the ...
Maple Syrup... I mean, Maple Canyon
... on with a few of the locals. We'd often hear "Hey, the kangaroos are here" when we'd arrive at a particular area. We also hung out with some other Maple regulars, including Gordon, Mindy, Alex and Magali who invited us to their homes and treated us to some lovely Salt Lake hospitality - more on that in the next entry.
When not climbing, we could be found in the local town of Ephraim, stocking up on food, water, ...
