In the middle of the dressing rooms lay an area with tables and chairs where the famous guests could chat and enjoy snacks. On the wall of the room was a lined decoration about four feet from the ground. The line was a symbol to remember the flood that took over the Opry house a few years ago.

The Studio was rescued by a philanthropist Dan Maddox of Nashville who brought it in the 1990s and leases it to the Country Music Hall of Fame for $1 a year and is used by Nashville Belmont University and some recording artists but it is not commercially viable.
