My parents don't stop, they are amazing... like the bees in the lavender, they never stop... their garden is a marvel... after watering a bit and moving things around, he grilled some meat and we ate dinner while they are watching basketball play offs.

Tomorrow I am off to Corvallis for a mini reunion with amigos from Oregon State University back to the Gap on Monday.

And the further we drove around mountain ridge after mountain ridge, the closer we got, until we drove up to it, around it and on past it. And it was ...

    ... reality?

But there’s more to little Wendover than gambling one’s money away. Just outside the town as one approaches from SLC is the turn off to the famous Bonneville Salt Flats where many a Land Speed Record has been set over the years. The likes of Sir Malcolm Campbell, John Cobb and Craig
