He was polite, casually dressed and reasonably articulate, standing beside a mountain bike with several bags attached. "Spare some change for a Vet?"

I normally smile and walk by, but this time I fished a dollar out and received a polite "thank you" as I continued to my coffee shop just beyond him.

... girls? A quiet Sunday afternoon as I think the majority of freaks were down on Sunset for the Golden Globes. Back in the bus for the hour long trip to Anaheim where we checked in and then went in search for something to eat.

Here it is..................they day we have been waiting for 1 1/2 years of planning, 1 more injection for my addiction for travel. Brisbane to San Francisco via Los Angeles. QF15 Airbus A380 waiting for us all. Out for Shabu Shabu at the Japanese restaurant down the road - yummy frsh food again - so nice.

The other irony is that Walgreen and the CVS pharmacy chains have the biggest alcohol selections for sale - doesn't kind of fit with my idea of a pharmacy really. 3 litre bottles of Jack Daniel's for $21 US is hard to beat though.
