Today was our last full day in NYC and we decided after a bit of a sleep in to have our final walk around our adopted neighborhood of the Upper West Side of Manhattan walking up Broadway to West 88th and then done Amsterdam Avenue where we found a great little Diner that served healthy food. It hd only taken 4 week s but we found a place that grilled rather than fried and added salads rather than fries!
