I am getting fat in America lol In-N-Out was one of the cheapest meals we've eaten, and one of the best - fantastic :) We then went and watched Interstellar, on the biggest IMAX screen in the world. The theatre was so grand, and it was great just being there alone. They had some items on display in the lobby, like Judy Garlands dress from ...

Found a food court in Santa Monica Place - I bought a Japanese bento box that had sushi, chicken teriyaki, rice as well as tempura ...

... sign. We found out that the sign is the remainder of a 1923 estate agents hoarding, which was advertising a new housing development called 'Hollywoodland'.

Next we made our way to Hollywood Boulevard, where we wondered along the 'Walk of Fame', stepping over all those stars embedded in the 'sidewalk'. This took us past the Dolby Theatre which hosts the Oscars and up to the Grauman Chinese Theatre where films premiere. Outside ...

... was perfect and we saw so much. There are many characters in LA. You know that scene at the end of Pretty Woman where there's a guy in the street just going off in a rant? We saw several of those guys today. We got a real sampler of LA, I would have liked to go to some of the museums. Even if we had time, many of those were not open on Mondays. Next time I guess. Tomorrow we will head to ...
