and another one whose mediocrity lost to to the effects of fatigue, free wine and caffeine.
it was a full flight for as big as it was. I had an inner seat in the center row, but didn't feel too cramped finally.
Anyway sitting in the oh so not lovely LA airport waiting for the final flight.

... It is really hot now too. We passed by by a nuclear reactor that provides energy. It was like two concrete domes sitting on the coast line. It was recently closed as it was found to have a leak recently and the employees no longer work there. We were given a brief on Camp Pendolton which is the biggest base for Marines. It is scattered up the coast and we could see boats with troops coming into the beach. There were concrete huts on the foothills of the coast ...

I was greatly amused at Nomes' lack of enjoyment of this wonderful ride, but I think she's made up for her disgrace at disliking the tamest of fairground rides' (which it completely is) by loving the big rollercoaster! The funniest coincidence of the day was meeting two Aussies, the only two we'd come across (though we were on the lookout, or 'hear-out' for more!) Their accents (which I'm sure were broader than ours) gave them away instantly- are we ...
... so glad I never let that flame truly die.... PS - oh yeah totally forgot to tell you the BBQ I went to,in west hollywood with my awesome housemates who have been my actual godsends whilst here. They have looked after me extremely well and have introduced me to a bevy if new friends. Anyway awesome BBQ, great people oh and it was held at a massive mansion - you know one of the houses from entourage. Oh yeahhhhh, oh yeahhhhh. Ari Gold was still not there. Marzy ...

The La Brea Tar Pits, I remember hearing about these a school, or was it the Flintstones, anyway, we saw the pits, and then it was time to get on bus. Jet lag catching up.
Timing was not to good, we must of dosed off on the bus and we missed out Hotel, bugger it, the friendly cabbie, dropped us off. Too the room, and sleep.
Tomorrow is another day.
