        ... then it has gotten progressively better as we traveled south. I can't explain this but the trees were not changing in Canada except near the border. As we get further into Maine it has been more colorful. I didn't download the pictures from the camera before it went back with CW. So I missed the pictures of Kip and the few I took of Acadia.         ... Their yard is home to seven ducks, several chickens, two roosters and Hamlet and Macbeth, the goats. Great visit with family! Today's destination only involves a three hour drive to Bar Harbor.         ... was disappointing. On the other side of the harness track are more commercial booths and the mini horses and pulling arena. The maple barn is always a favorite because you can see the whole maple process unfold. The last thing on the path before the campground is an old farm equipment exhibit.

        ... cute little Irish pub which I ate at and spoke to some of the locals from the area about where I should go and what I should do in the area. Admittedly the locals were all 40 plus but they were good to chat to while I was eating my pulled pork roll which was delicious. I ate a potato based donut which was surprisingly delicious.
