Stop 7: Scenic Cruise... ALL ABOARD!!

Okay, For the last stop of our vacation Jordan had yet another surprise! Again, I was constantly asking questions to figure out what it could be and not getting much of anything. Well he was trying so hard to not spill the beans that he accidently did! I felt so bad and he was so mad at himself. So instead of being surprised I had a whole day of anticipation.

We finally are able to get ...

Stop 5: The Jail House... LOCK EM UP!!

This was such a fun place to see. Not only didn't you get to tour the jail, but you went to jail. Locked up and going through the day an inmate would have. We saw all the levels of security cells, the kitchen, the sheriffs home, and even the hanging deck.

... The dinner was scrumptious and the margaritas were outstanding; it was our after dinner activity that was a bit sketchy. I can’t even remember the name of the place we went, probably because I so tired at that point in the evening that I could barely keep from falling asleep at the table. The location was lovely, right on the beach with an upstairs balcony where you could sit and enjoy the ocean breezes and the view. Well, the view during the day was probably ...

    ... Grandma.

For those of us in Jacksonville, whatever we did, wherever we were, she was a part of it. Honor roll on a report card was rewarded with dinner out with Grandma and Pop-Pop. In a speech to me at my Bat Mitzvah, she professed to cherish all the day school bubby/zaide Shabbats, Chanukah programs, and model seders. Elana says that when Grandma attended her last model seder, she was given a special commendation for having attended model seders continuously for ...
