We hit the road and just kept going. I tried taking a few pictures on the way...I am liking the scenery now with lots of trees and some are turning red! ... is actually considered a National Monument run by the Parks Department so, guess what the girls got to do one last time...that's right, get another Junior Ranger badge! Lol. Finally, since none of the sports teams were playing home games, we were left with one other thing to do in St. Louis, and that was to go to a BBQ. We ended up at Pappy's, rated one of the best BBQs in the nation. Mmmmmm, the ribs did not disappoint! ...

... Greyhound Bus station downtown which was only about a 25 minute walk from my hotel.

I had about an hour and a half wait before my bus was due to depart so grabbed a healthy breakfast at the bus station cafe - strawberry milk, ham, cheese and crackers and a bag of potato chips. Yet another nutritional symphony.
