Upon arriving in Chicago it was fairly natural that one of the first things I did was get a traditional deep dish Chicago pizza, before a night recuperating and appreciating an actual bed.

Tomorrow, I will really be going all out roadtripping. The plan is to make it to western South Dakota, about a 14 hour drive (yikes). But I'm really looking forward to exploring a part of the states that I really haven't explored before. I'm afraid that I might not be able to connect to the Internet and blog while I'm out there, but I promise that I will catch you all up when I can! So wish me luck over the next couple of days! After shortening my drive some last night I hit the road today for a full day of driving. Crossing a few states I had never been in before I made the decision to lengthen my route slightly and avoid driving through Indianapolis. I stopped in Vincennes, Indiana for the night leaving myself an easy 4.5 hour drive the next day.
