    ... hot for staying
at too many freedom camping spots without air conditioning so we went
to Magic River Resort near Guildport Mississippi. $18 a night with
Passport America, a pool (which half the family is using while I type
this), small playground which Kaitlin enjoyed for a few minutes and a
very quiet stop with only 15 RV spaces. Tomorrow we head to Louisiana

Easy day today. We toddled over to Gulf Beach to the Davis Bayou segment of Gulf National Seashore to get the stamp. We also watched the movie and went through the visitor center displays. After that, we came back to Gulfport to catch the ferry out to Ship Island, where the final fort of the trip is located.

On the way back from Gulf Beach, I noticed that someone had turned a bunch of dead trees into quite striking ...

... head and lean it from side to side to stretch your neck muscles. Shrug your shoulders and do some shoulder rolls. All these things will keep the muscles loose. After the ride, walk around for a few minutes. If you are taking a gas break or getting food, do a few lunges. Swing your arms around a few times. For many women especially a hot bath each night on long consecutive days of riding does wonders to relax the muscles, and prepare both the body and the mind for good sleep. ...
