... From Mount Rushmore we headed on West, getting away from the interstate by taking some beautifully winding mountain roads into Wyoming.
Our stop for the night in Gillette is just that, a stop and nothing more. This town is definitely not worth writing about. It's time to call it anyways as Yellowstone park is on the horizon! ... The weatherman is calling for hail ...

Jenny missed the first time, but the owner set the rifle up on some sand bags and steadied it, which made it a bit easier. The next shot was a doosey (see video).
We headed back to town at 4pm and had some dinner, had a quick trip up to Boot Hill to see the progress and then came back to our hotel.
