... a bunch. I like him a lot. You can just tell he has such a good heart. I feel like many people in town were not amused by him, and one lady even informed me that I could just walk away. That made me really sad, because I know older people are often ignored in our society. Warren had a lot to offer, and I'm glad I didn't tune him out. Family update

My grandma passed away peacefully surrounded by her family yesterday early afternoon. Thank you to everyone for their well wishes and prayers.

Today is John and my 13th wedding anniversary. A bit bittersweet, but pretty wonderful to spend it with family. Our family bought us a gift card to a local restaurant for an anniversary dinner tonight. There is so much love here right now.

... in love, and we were on the road without having to worry about who would cover our jobs, who would do laundry on Friday, or when we'll be back.

I'll admit; being a towner who joined the circus last year has always made me feel on the outside (not always in a bad way, mind you) but last night I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that the Kelly Miller Circus is our family and always will be. Thank you, dear friends...we'll see you again soon.

... we travelled on to the KOA. Was a pretty nice campground. Very friendly staff. Well maintained. There was a Wet Hayride that night, but not for us! (If u had little kids they'd prly love it. They drove people thru the campground in a hay wagon. People on board as well as on the ground were armed with water balloons). I'm sure the kids had fun!
