    ... to join in with the "Cornhole" tournament that was taking place, basically it involves thowing a sandbag through a hole in a board, it sounds really dull but is great fun (especilly with a few beers)

    After a good nights sleep it was time to say good bye to Flo , Jim and Michgan State and take the Amtrak train over to Chicago to meet chefs Alex and Kate from camp.

    We got up at 2:30 in the morning to start our EPIC road trip of a lifetime! Then we hit the road at 3:15 and it was smooth sailing to Chicago. Annalena had no problem sleeping for the majority of the drive, and the rest of the time she was happy and excited to be in the car. It was a great start to our trip.

    ... activities or older living on a ranch. I got into the habit of introducing myself as from Oxford, Michigan, Home of the Lone Ranger, whenever they asked. We also had the world's largest gravel pit, but that seemed laughable out there!
