      ... a joy to watch them. It was a gorgeous beach and we were sorry to have such a short visit, but we had other places to go. This is the place we were supposed to spend an extra day just kicking around, but instead we were waylaid in Mariposa.

      ... absolut perfekte Strasse, um unseren letzten Trip hier in den USA als unvergesslich abstempeln zu können. Schmal, ohne jeglichen Verkehr, sehr kurvenreich, durch Wälder und durch gelb gefärbte Ebenen. Oli wollte fast jeden Baum fotografieren, nur um nicht so schnell Abschied nehmen zu müssen.

      ... to the front of the line. I know some motorists don’t like this but it’s not hurting them, just ******* them off. Those folks in cages (cars) can roll up their window and turn off the “fresh air” so that they are not overcome by the dust that the vehicles in front create when traveling over gravel roads.
