The anchorage in Chesapeake City is not a big one, but it is well protected. We got there with only two boats ahead of us. I saw what looked like the city wall with one sailboat on it, but I had read that you can no longer tie up there. We moved to the back of the anchorage and dropped anchor in a corner. After climbing some steps, you can see what is left of the temple. Now, there are only three and a half pillars left. Originally, it was 6 wide and 11 deep. It ...

Our taxi arrived at 7;15 a.m. sharp and took us to the Willow Grove train station. The same commuter train that took me into Philadelphia the day before would now deliver us to the Philadelphia International Airport. Much to our surprise, we found our good friend, Gene, with huge sugary danishes in hand.

Within a short time, Monica and I checked into Delta Airlines with three hours to kill. We hung out, ready and napped a few photos. ...

... me with his eyes all lit up. He put his arm around me and told me he loved my peircing. I said ‘Thanks, I love your hair!’ and I ruffled his fringe. He said ‘Thanks!’ and we posed for our picture. Just as we were about to leave he stopped us and said ‘kisses!’ and gave us each a hug and a kiss on each cheek! How charming! Why can’t Nick be like him???

          We were positively glowing. I can;t ...
