    ... are eroding, needless to say it humbles me to think my life only impacts a small amount and time on these mountains. Once arriving at Black Kettle National Grassland, I was amazed by the hot heat conrrasted to the cold windy lunch we had today.     We pack up and leave Wagoner and head west. The landscape is mostly farm land with cattle grazing. I see my first long horn cattle and they look mean! It is mostly flat here and you can see how tornadoes get their ground. We are dodging storms all the through Oklahoma! The skies look threatening and we have rain and lightning all the way.
