And I don't mean with eye candy that I saw gorgeous men ... no no no .... not this time

The beach scenery in Sonora is just breath taking

Desert, mountains, blue ocean, virgin beaches, blue skies and a very bright and gorgeous sun makes your mouth drop open.

Not cheap I must say and not too easy to visit either if you don't have a car BUT the trip here is totally worth the while

Sonora is on the west coast so it has a ...

I traveled at night from Mexicali.

I took the bus at around 11 pm. The time from Mexicali to Hermosillo is between 9 to 10 hours.

The buses depart from Mexicali bus station every hour mostly. The price is between 600 or 700 pesos. The buses are very nice, clean, comfortable and you even get a snack that consists in a sandwich, chips and a soda.

    My journey was uneventful.

Unfortunately Mexico I have discovered doesn't have too ...

Early shopping run to Safeway supermarket. Probably the nicest supermarket I've ever been in. Totally in shock! Even had a Starbucks so I surprised the crew with breakfast! After driving up and down the extremely narrow roads in this beautiful city, we parked and explored in foot. Old Bisbee was a hit with the crew as we visited every shop that ...

A relatively uneventful 270-drive across the desert. Arrived in Benson, AZ., at 6:30pm where we left interstate 10 and drove southbound toward Mexico, through the old west town of Tombstone (which we will visit tomorrow). We drove past Old Bisbee, nestled down in a ravine, this picturesque mining town dates back to the 1800's when copper and other minerals were brought up out of the Arizona soil at the Queen mine. We were able to get a glance of the main ...

... comes from one of my first, second, or third graders as they pat my stomach like I'm a lucky Buddaah.
Admittedly, my "pancita" has become a bit of a "panzon" (big stomach) over the past seven months. You see, my motto on hospitality here in Mexico is to accept it, without question. There never passes a day when someone doesn't invite me to have a meal with them, or a chocolate covered marshmallow is handed my way. I just don't feel ...
