    ... in the 50 amp lot which luckily also had a 30 amp plug, phew! [Interesting fact, a lot of the smaller state parks have a self registration where you put money in an envelope and reserve your own spot.] The last hiccup was water....we couldn't find anywhere to fill up, but improvised a bit with a spigot in the field in the middle of the campground to fill our RV.     ... showed us their jewelry repair shop that they own before our departure to Omaha, Nebraska.
    It is hard to see the hills on the pictures I took..
    The question we were asked the most often in Iowa probably was "have you heard of RAGBRAI?". It's an annual bicycle ride from the Missouri to the Mississippi river, across the state of Iowa. It attracts 10 to 20 thousand people each year.
    Another thing, several people said that Marie's picked up my accent hehe
