    ... br> Tomorrow is golf at Firewheel country club, followed by lunch at Flying Fish. Wednesday is radio play day followed by an evening at Saltgrass steak house on the lake, Thursday, Jim's dog Mac goes to the vet early for neck surgery, we take the train downtown for the George W Bush library, then Friday is Fort Worth Stockyards.

    So, after a perfect flight from Australia with so much in flight entertainment I didn't even need to think about using my kindle, I arrived in Dallas. They say that everythings bigger in Texas. I can say from experience that the queues sure are.

    It took me about 2.5 hours to get through customs, immigration, and security for my connecting flight. Now I know why they gave me such a long ( 6 hour ) layover. Yes Miss Jobe, you were right, I had to take off ...

    ... accessories and a rodeo stadium. They still hold rodeos there on weekends. I had no idea how big this sport was here, to think jumping on a bull would have so much history.

    Then we decided to check out a Wal-Mart to see why the place is so popular. It was HUGE and you could buy anything you want. There were fruit and vegetables, common groceries, clothes, pets and even guns all in the one shop.
