    From Roswell we drive to Carlsbad Caverns. The caverns are on the Unesco world heritage list, so we decide to pay them a visit. Located 250 meters under ground are loads of stalagmites, stalactites, draperies, soda straws and popcorn. Soda straws being the tiny ones hanging from the ceiling . In Europe we call them Spaghetti. Popcorn are located on the ground. The cavern is beautiful, but we saw an even more beautiful cavern in Slovenia last year, so were a little spoilt. ...

    ... the pictures, she really enjoyed playing with her cousins. Once the party started that afternoon, Addy ran around and played. Grampa kept and eye on her while Mama and Baba finished up some things. Even with a house filled with over 30 people, she did great. Poor girl was tired once it was time to eat.     ... br> Tomorrow is golf at Firewheel country club, followed by lunch at Flying Fish. Wednesday is radio play day followed by an evening at Saltgrass steak house on the lake, Thursday, Jim's dog Mac goes to the vet early for neck surgery, we take the train downtown for the George W Bush library, then Friday is Fort Worth Stockyards.

    The museum is situated so that you are able to view the street from the sixth floor next to the glassed in room where Oswald is said to have shot JFK. They were able to obtain the original boxes from the police station that were being used on that day in 1963 and displayed them to replicate the police photos. I got a little chill when I realized that the black smudges on the boxes were fingerprinting powder. It was very eerie to ...
