    Today I finally realised a lifelong dream and visited the Kennedy space center. Ever since I saw the movie Space Camp as a child I had always dreamed on going to the space centre and space camp. Unfortunately I didn't make it to space camp(you can go even as an adult though)but I did get to the space centre.

    Visited Kennedy space centre. Very interesting tour. Stayed in Cocoa Beach the night before which is close by. Again the weather was terrible.

    ... Center Visitor Complex. It was a full day and I was exhausted by its end. The journey we took as Americans and as a people motivated first by President Kennedy is an amazing one. Seeing firsthand the progress that was made and the complexity of the technologies and difficulties of the endeavors is mind boggling and overwhelming.

    We made it! A shuttle came to pick us all up. I can't believe we're here. Everything is going smoothly and check-in was a breeze. It goes much easier if you've completed most of check-in online beforehand. There's an opportunity to take pictures with Mickey & Minnie.
