          A lovely bright morning for our last run in New York. It was early Monday morning and we found Prospect Park just as busy as Saturday evening. Within 30 minutes Max and Chris had churned out quite a length of visually challenging squid ink pasta that will be dressed with a roasted tomato, olive and caper sauce with some freshly grated parmesan.
