    ... rather scary, but beautiful at the same time. As I drove through rural Alabama, the rolling hills and valleys became lit up with lightning like a mock demonstration of the H-bomb on dummy houses.     ... actual trail which had monuments of the civil war along it...oh well, we enjoyed the sightseeing of the cars passing us by. we met Chris up the top of the hill, after she drove passed us and told us there wasn't much further to go, so we soldiered on.
