    ... is only 16 mls from San Diego and as we gaze over the the nearby hills in that direction we are looking at it! And to top,it off we again eat outside under the pergola, the splendid fat pork ribs, white sweet corn,asparagus and a huge Bonney salad and then,matter some,techno-struggles they get to,see some of our travel pics, Scicli, Sicily in particular as they love Italy and have visited Sicily, origins being Sicilian. ...

    Legoland was better for my nine year old kid than it was for me. The lines were long, but some included Lego playing stations to keep the kids occupied. They needed more Lego play stations though. I was impress with the Lego sculptures. I was happy to get a hopper ticket so that we could go to the Aquarium. The Aquarium had a lot of facts about the sea life in the area. It talked more about the sharks mostly.

    ... and of course enjoyed the many 'fishy' rewards! The second show was BlueHorizons and entertained a massive crowd for over twenty minutes, again telling a story which included dolphins, birds and aerialists. This was spectacular with an array of colour, music and incredibly talented people and animals combining to provide the crowd with a vibrant show full of energy.     Good-bye San Diego, see you another time. After breakfast the Dads packed the cars and we drove from Mission Bay to Carlsbad where we were going to explore Legoland and stay at the new hotel there.
