4. Ruth loved the ice cream and the foam finger and took a huge interest in how much all of them earned- published in the brochure. She also thought they could have had nicer photos for the score board when they were pitching/ hitting.
Left Fenway pronto, collected car and drove to Cape Cod. House lovely. Wandered down to the beach at nightfall to watch fireworks over the bay. Lovely and warm.
... names, and I found out that his name was Bob. One of his friends was also from Wisconsin (and a former student) and named Richard. The last of their party was named Lawrence, and he was, quite obviously, from Scotland. By 'quite obviously', I mean that he was wearing a Scottish woolen cap (I believe it is called a glengarry, but don't quote me on that) and a t-shirt that said Scotland on it.
