Sat downstairs watching the morning light arrive. Still dark at 7 am but it was finally light at 8. not sure I would be able to cope with that. but next week when daylight saving finishes, it will change for the people living here. No rush this morning for breakfast. Made a few sandwiches and packed the little cooler for a day out.

... of the back roads back to South Bend and drove through areas that were predominantly Amish farms. One of the cutest things I saw was a small buggy with 3 small children being pulled by an equally small horse. Miniature of what we had seen in town.

Back in town, we chatted with Madge and then enjoyed a lovely meal of roast stuffed boneless pork and vegetables followed by a piece of her delicious apple pie. More chatting before retiring to bed.
