    ... us for almost an hour! Nothing amiss was found, of course, so I guess our number had just come up and it was 'our turn'. It was late, dark, wet and cold when we finally arrived at the I-5 and Lacey, WA Walmart, but we were quickly snug and warm in our trailer eating turkey soup, then climbing into our fleecy-sheeted bed!

    The big concern for this backpack trip, besides food, is that I'm just coming off a knee injury. It is actually an old ski injury that flared up when I increased my incline on the tread mill, one of our cardio routines.
