So today I went and hired a car but the day didn't start so smoothly. I picked a place near the motel I was staying so I could just walk there in the morning...along the freeway. Anyway I started off walking there and realized I was walking on the wrong side of the freeway...which is annoying as I can't very well hop over 10 lanes of traffic, although I did think about it! Anyway I was walking for ages and saw where the place SHOULD be, however it was there anyway ...

I ran by the Radisson where Kara and I stayed on her first trip to
Austin for the Irons wedding. This was a huge event as I was deciding
between Maryland and Texas for business school and Kara's feel on Austin
would decide where we ended up. On that weekend Kara had also had an
informational interview with Lucy Nazro at St. Andrew's Episcopal

... recommended seeing a guy who specializes in hip replacements, so off we went to this other doctor after Kathy got an MRI of her knee. We arrived for the appointment and Kathy had more x-rays of her hip taken. After that, a Physician Assistant (PA) came in to talk. The first thing he said upon entering the room was, "I don't know how you're walking. Your hip is terrible." He did some flexion and extension testing with her leg and said he ...
