    ... 11pt; font-style: normal; font-weight: normal;">Carrying a heavy, big hunk of a camera doesn’t mean my pictures will be better than Steve’s pictures taken by his little Panasonic! His pictures are still better because he has a good eye for composition. That is even true of Bob Herrin who takes one picture for every one of our 500 and each of them are outstanding!

    ... accent that I couldn't always understand him. Just as I was giving up, I had found a ride all the way to San Antonio Texas. An hour away from my new home in Austin.  I got in with the one who I could talk to and he gave me 2 burritos and a come and we were on our way.     ... statue. Very cool down by Lady Bird lake. There were at least 15 thousand dogs down here, off leash. Doug was terrified by the shear number of critters running around so he stayed in the bag. Went into a hat shop maybe looking for a touring cap. Bzzzzz. Made in China. Nothing special. I heard some familiar guitar at one point from across the road.     ... in Austin for an extra night, and a flight to New Orleans on Monday.

    I would totally recommend Austin to anyone. Great city and very clean with a good vibe. EXCEPT one thing...BUGS!!! As y'all know, I'm not at one with nature, but unfortunately, nature is determined to be at one with me. Even at 17 floors up, my balcony seemed to attract all manor of bugs, which played havoc with my smoking regime. I even had to shout at a bat that flew a bit too close (again) ...
