We had a perfect stay at Motel 6, Atlanta. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious enough.

... We watched the Dolphins and their trainers do all sorts of tricks. Unfortunately we couldn't take any photos their performances. Caught up with the gang after they had dinner. I didn't want to eat before big road trip. We went on the Ferris Wheel. The views of the city at night were fantastic. Photos didn't do it justice. We are leaving at 6am tomorrow to head for Orlando......8 hr drive. May stop off somewhere if we get tired! Off to ...

... You could drink as much as you wanted. We received a small glass bottle of Coke to take with us......Ged saves old glass Coke bottles so I will take it home for him. ... talking very fast. Too fast for my limited Spanish to comprehend. So I had no idea I was effectively camping in Miami for the night. Until the American Jehovah's Witness and grumpy British man joined me in my base camp (beside the power outlet nearest the Starbucks). We soon realised we spoke a common language and shared a common inability to understand angry-mob-Spanish. Eventually I nominated myself to ask for more information about the situation (the mob now had their camera phones ...

... odd things and places, so much diversity, so many great and simple free things to do, and so many places that I didn't even know existed. I took at least a thousand pictures. I can't tell you how many times I looked at something just absolutely beautiful and then looked at the picture I just took... just to see that it didn't even come close to doing it justice. I’m thrilled that my parents were able to meet us in South Dakota, and that ...
