        Terrible Internet service

This place had a few problems. First, they had terrible Internet service. I ran a speed test and got a ping time of over 750ms when it should be under 20ms. The speed test showed the upload speed as nearly 1mb but when I tried to watch a video it buffered for over an hour before starting to play anything. The carpets in the halls and to a lesser extent in the rooms were filthy.

We walked around the grounds today to get the lay of the land. We also met up with some other members of the chapter and drove down to the capitol square to walk around downtown. After a ...

In the front cover is said "In case of loss, please return to 'Brad J. Lewis'. As a reward: $ 'A hug!'. He also had a quote written inside which said:"Your life is your life. Through Chicago... Never Again!

A travel blog entry by frguido on Jun 13, 2014

Just a note... Today's route took me through the heart of Chicago. Despite the assurances of locals that my timing would avoid rush hour, it was a hair-raising trip. Inch-by-inch we crawled along vigilant for overhead road signs (hard to see until the last minute because of 18-wheelers), dodging lane-changers who didn't signal, braking for ...

I did suggest yesterday that at the very least, they will have to spend a night in the Scamp on our journey and we can use the tent. It may take some more convincing!

We are definitely not going to miss all the fried foods and we can't
wait to eat salads every day for the rest our lives! On the other hand,
we'll miss our family and the wilderness and we had tons of fun
speaking with a Wisconsin accent for the week, it provided us with hours
of entertainment and eventually stuck. Hopefully John won't slip into
