Woke up around 8.30 this morning, after waking up in the night a few times due to torrential rain and thunderstorms. The lightning was really bright, even through the curtains and my closed eyes. Superlatief van stad?
... ben ik hier in geoefend. Nu maken Chinezen nogal veel lawaai tijdens het eten, denk hierbij aan smakken en slurpen, maar onder het mom van “do as the Chinese do”, zat ik binnen 5 minuten zelf ook te slurpen en smakken. Ja, ik raak hier heel snel mijn bijgebrachte, westerse normen en waarden kwijt.
